These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ScholyHub at scholyhub.com, including all content, features, consultancy services, and tools offered through the platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“ScholyHub” / “we” / “us” - ScholyHub and its operators. “Platform” - The ScholyHub website, tools, APIs, and services. “User” / “you” - Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform. “Content” - All text, data, images, and materials on the Platform. “Consultancy Services” - Paid application support, personal statement review, visa guidance, and related advisory services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. Users between 16 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We may verify age and terminate non-compliant accounts.
3. Account Registration
When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information; keep login credentials confidential; notify us immediately of unauthorized access; and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts with inaccurate information or suspicious activity.

4.2 Paid Consultancy Services
- Starter ($49): Personal statement review, document checklist, basic application guidance
- Premium ($149): CV optimization, interview preparation, WhatsApp support, application strategy
- VIP Concierge ($399): Full application management, university shortlisting, visa guidance, dedicated consultant
- Custom packages: Available upon request for specialized needs
Important: ScholyHub is a consultancy and information platform. We are not a university, immigration authority, or financial institution. We do not admit students, award scholarships, issue visas, or provide loans. We provide guidance and support - final decisions rest with institutions and authorities.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Prices are in USD and displayed at the time of purchase
- Prices may change for future purchases without retroactive effect
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds are only granted if no consultation or service delivery has commenced
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
- Custom packages have separate refund terms agreed upon at purchase
6. Acceptable Use
You shall not:
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content
- Share external links or promotions in community forums (links are auto-removed)
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload malware or disruptive code
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users
- Use the Platform for fraud or illegal purposes
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell Platform content without written permission
7. Community Guidelines
Forums are moderated. Posts must be relevant to study abroad topics. External links are automatically filtered. Moderators may pin, edit, or remove posts. Repeated violations result in posting restrictions or account termination. Your display name and posts are publicly visible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ScholyHub - including design, logos, text, graphics, software, AI algorithms, and data - is our exclusive property or licensed to us, protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.
9. User Content License
By submitting content (posts, reviews, profile information), you grant ScholyHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for platform operations. You retain ownership and represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; accuracy of all information at all times; specific outcomes from AI recommendations or consultancy services; or admission, scholarship awards, or visa approvals.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHOLYHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ScholyHub in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScholyHub, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13. Third-Party Links
The Platform contains links to external websites (universities, scholarship bodies, government sites). We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Termination
You may delete your account anytime via dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, suspected fraud, extended inactivity (12+ months), or legal requests. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately; IP, liability, and indemnification provisions survive.
15. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes are communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before legal proceedings.
