This Refund Policy applies to all paid consultancy packages and services purchased through ScholyHub (scholyhub.com). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers the following paid services offered by ScholyHub:
- Starter Package ($79) — University applications (2), scholarship applications (1), statement review & edit, profile assessment
- Premium Package ($199) — University applications (5), scholarship applications (3), statement writing from scratch, full profile building, 2 interview prep sessions, basic visa document guidance
- VIP Package ($449) — University applications (up to 10), scholarship applications (5), unlimited statements, full profile positioning, 3 interview prep sessions, full visa support, housing & enrollment assistance
- Custom Packages — Individually quoted services agreed upon separately
This policy does not apply to free platform features (program search, scholarship browsing, community forums, AI Match, application tracker).
2. Eligibility for a Refund
2.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase and no consultancy session has commenced
- ScholyHub is unable to assign a suitable consultant to your case within 5 business days of purchase
- A technical error or duplicate charge resulted in an unintended payment
- ScholyHub cancels the service due to circumstances on our end
2.2 Partial Refund (50%)
A 50% refund may be issued if:
- You cancel between 48 hours and 7 days of purchase, and service delivery has not commenced beyond the initial consultation call
- The service was only partially delivered due to ScholyHub's inability to complete it, through no fault of the client
2.3 No Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- A substantive consultancy session (initial intake call, profile review, or document drafting) has been completed
- A personal statement, CV, or application document has been drafted or delivered
- You received an admission offer, scholarship, or visa outcome (positive or negative) — outcomes do not affect refund eligibility
- You failed to provide required documents or information within the agreed timeframe, resulting in delays
- You changed your mind about studying abroad or chose a different path after service delivery began
- Dissatisfaction with the outcome of an application (we provide guidance, not guarantees)
3. Outcomes Are Not Guaranteed
ScholyHub provides consultancy, guidance, and support services. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
- Admission to any university or program
- Receipt of any scholarship or financial aid
- Approval of any visa or immigration application
- Interview invitation from any institution
- Specific academic or career outcomes
A refund will not be issued solely because a university rejected your application, a scholarship was not awarded, or a visa was denied. These decisions are made independently by third-party institutions and government authorities.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email support@scholyhub.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Full Name]”
- Include your full name, email address used at purchase, order reference number, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We will review your request and communicate a decision within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

6. Payment Method & Currency
- All prices are in USD. Currency conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — we cannot issue refunds to a different card or account
- ScholyHub is not responsible for currency conversion losses or bank processing delays
- If you paid via bank transfer, refund processing may take longer depending on your financial institution
7. Service Credits
In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, ScholyHub may offer service credits equal to the refund value. These credits can be applied toward future consultancy services and are valid for 12 months from issuance. Service credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
You may decline a service credit offer and request a monetary refund instead, subject to the eligibility terms above.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@scholyhub.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving genuine disputes quickly and fairly.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a service that was properly delivered is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension and recovery proceedings.
9. Custom Package Refunds
Custom consultancy packages have individually negotiated terms. Refund conditions for custom packages are specified in the service agreement signed at the time of purchase. In the absence of a specific agreement, the standard refund terms above apply.
10. Modifications to This Policy
ScholyHub reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective from the date posted on this page. For purchases made before a policy change, the version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
