Türkiye Scholarships (Türkiye Bursları) is one of the most comprehensive government scholarship programs in the world, offering full funding for international students at all levels — undergraduate, Master's, and PhD — at Turkish universities. The program covers virtually all costs of studying and living in Turkey and includes a one-year Turkish language preparatory program. Over 180,000 students from 178 countries have applied in recent years, and Turkey hosts over 200,000 international students. Turkish universities offer programs in English and Turkish across all fields.
