New Zealand Manaaki Scholarships (formerly NZAS/NZDS) are funded by the New Zealand Government through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT). They support citizens of eligible developing countries in the Pacific, Asia, Africa, and Latin America to study for undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications at New Zealand universities and institutes of technology. The program aims to contribute to the sustainable development of partner countries.
