The CERN Doctoral Student Programme offers fully funded positions for PhD students working on their thesis in experimental or theoretical particle physics, applied physics, computing, engineering, or related fields. Students spend 6 to 36 months at CERN conducting research under the supervision of a CERN staff member while registered for a PhD at their home university.
