Step 1: Free Initial Consultation (Day 1)

You message us on WhatsApp or fill out our contact form. Within 24 hours (usually much faster), a ScholyHub advisor responds.

In this free consultation, we learn about your academic background (degree, GPA, test scores), your field of interest, your target countries, your budget, your timeline, and your goals (academic career, job abroad, permanent residency, personal growth). We ask questions. We listen. And we give you an honest assessment of your options.

If we think we can help you, we recommend a plan. If your situation is straightforward enough that you do not need professional help, we tell you that too. We would rather earn your trust with honesty than your money with empty promises.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

Based on your needs, you choose the plan that fits:

Starter — $79
For focused applicants targeting 1-2 universities. Includes university shortlisting, personal statement review and editing, CV optimization, document checklist, and profile assessment. Best for students who have a clear direction and need polishing.

Premium — $199 (Most Popular)
For serious applicants targeting up to 5 universities and 3 scholarships. Includes strategic shortlisting, SOP written from scratch, CV and cover letter optimization, profile building, 2 mock interview sessions, application tracking, basic visa guidance, and WhatsApp support. Best for students who want comprehensive, hands-on support.

VIP Concierge — $449
For students who want everything handled. Up to 10 universities, 5 scholarships, unlimited statement revisions, all documents prepared, 3 mock interviews, complete visa support, dedicated WhatsApp advisor, 3 video consultations, and 30-day post-admission support. Best for students applying to multiple countries or competitive programs.

Step 3: Profile Deep Dive (Days 2-5)

After you choose your plan, we schedule a detailed profile session (30-60 minutes, via video call or WhatsApp). This is where the magic starts. We dig deep into your academic history, work experience, extracurricular activities, achievements, challenges, and aspirations. We ask questions you might not have thought to ask yourself.

Why? Because the strongest applications are built on insights that come from conversation, not from forms. When Fatima from Pakistan told us about her solar panel project in rural Punjab during her profile session, we knew immediately that was the story that would win her DAAD scholarship. She had not even mentioned it in her initial inquiry.

Step 4: Strategic University Shortlisting (Days 3-7)

Using our proprietary database of 2,000+ programs across 50+ countries, we create a personalized shortlist categorized by admission probability:

Safe (70%+ chance): Programs where your profile exceeds the typical admitted student. These are your backup options — but they are still quality programs.

Moderate (40-70% chance): Programs where your profile is competitive but not guaranteed. This is usually where you will end up — and these are often excellent programs.

Ambitious (under 40% chance): Reach schools where your profile is slightly below the typical admitted student, but your unique story could make the difference.

For scholarship applications, we also identify the specific scholarships where your profile has the strongest alignment.

Step 5: Document Preparation (Days 7-21)

This is the core of our work. Depending on your plan, we prepare:

Statement of Purpose / Personal Statement: For Premium and VIP plans, we write this from scratch based on your profile session. We do not use templates. Every SOP is uniquely crafted to tell YOUR story for EACH specific university. For Starter plans, we review and edit your existing draft.

CV / Resume: We optimize your CV to match international academic standards — the format, content, and emphasis that admissions committees expect.

Recommendation Letter Guidance: We help you choose the right recommenders and provide them with a briefing template highlighting the points they should emphasize.

Research Proposal (if applicable): For research Master's and PhD applicants, we help structure a compelling research proposal.

You review everything. We revise until you are 100% satisfied. Premium plans include multiple revision rounds. VIP plans include unlimited revisions.

Step 6: Application Submission (Days 14-30)

We help you navigate each university's application portal, ensure all documents are correctly uploaded, and double-check every requirement before submission. For VIP clients, we manage the entire submission process.

We also track deadlines and send reminders — because missing a deadline is the most preventable and most devastating mistake in the study abroad process.

Step 7: Interview Preparation (If Applicable)

If you are shortlisted for a scholarship interview (Chevening, DAAD, Rhodes, Commonwealth, etc.) or a university interview, we prepare you with mock interview sessions. Our advisors simulate real interview conditions, ask the common questions for your specific scholarship, and provide detailed feedback on your answers, body language, and presentation.

Premium plans include 2 mock interviews. VIP plans include 3. Students who complete our mock interviews report feeling significantly more confident — and our shortlisting-to-offer conversion rate is well above the global average.

Step 8: Offer, Decision, and Visa (Days 30-90)

When offers start arriving, we help you compare them and make the best decision for your goals. For VIP clients, we then transition to visa support — complete document preparation, financial proof guidance, blocked account setup (for Germany), cover letter writing, and mock visa interviews.

Our visa success rate is 95% across 500+ applications. We know the specific requirements and common pitfalls for every major destination country.

Step 9: You Are Accepted. Now What?

For VIP clients, our support continues for 30 days after admission. We assist with accommodation search, university enrollment, bank account setup, health insurance registration, and pre-departure preparation. We want you settled and focused on your studies — not stressed about logistics.
