Government of Pakistan Scholarships
HEC Overseas Scholarship Program β Pakistan's flagship overseas scholarship covers PhD study at top universities worldwide. HEC offers multiple tracks including the Faculty Development Program, Allama Iqbal Scholarships for underserved regions, and HRDI-UESTPs for specific fields. Benefits include full tuition, monthly living allowance ($1,500-$2,000), airfare, and health insurance.
PEEF (Punjab Educational Endowment Fund) β Specifically for students from Punjab province, PEEF covers both domestic and international study. For overseas scholarships, you need a Master's with 3.5+ CGPA, GRE 310+, and IELTS 6.5+.
BEEF (Balochistan Educational Endowment Fund) β Similar to PEEF but for Balochistan residents. Covers undergraduate through PhD study.

Application Tips for Pakistani Students
